Lean your butt against the wall and cross your right left over your left and hold your breath up to 3 to 5 times. Switch legs after doing the first leg.
Another exercise is by widening your legs up the wall. This is very simple and easy to follow. You just have to straighten your legs as wide as you can and place your butt against the wall. To add length, Erin suggests you to extend your arms.
